Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking and insurance to the continental United States, Alaska & Hawaii. Shipping days start on Tuesday. All orders made during Thursday-Sunday, will ship on the following Tuesday. All other orders will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.
My goal is to ship your item within 24hrs of payment.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Guitars come with a 48 hour approval period. The approval period is for the buyer to make sure that the guitar is in satisfactory condition and authentic. No returns will be accepted just because the buyer doesn’t like the way an instrument plays or sounds or other personal preferences. The buyer must notify us that they want to return the item within 48 hours of receiving the guitar. All returns must be approved by us. Upon safe return of the guitar we will refund the original purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping expenses will not be returned. All amplifiers and effects and other accessories are sold AS IS and no refunds will be issued. All such gear is fully tested and will have a detailed description of its condition, and will leave the shop in that condition with no explicit warranty. I test all equipment just before shipping and it will leave the shop in the described condition or I will not ship it.
