Shipping Policy
Your instrument will be packed with care and will be shipped using quality packing materials, ensuring it arrives ready to play out of the box.
We strive to ship all orders out within 1 business day. (after full payment has cleared)
We ship worldwide. Rates are quoted along with the price of the instrument. Rates quoted do not do not include VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which vary from country to country.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items may be returned within 3 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs, unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or defective item. The GAS Chamber reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not in same condition as it was when originally shipped to buyer
We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All returns are subject to original outbound shipping costs. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, we strive to issue your refund sooner than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
