The Stereo Shoppe has been serving the Northeast Pennsylvania region with commercial and home audio/video for over 25 years. We specialize in the latest digital developments, while also not forgetting our analog heritage.
In March of 1993 Joe bought the sales division of Audio Services from John Mintzen and Bert and Deb Smeal, along with the building at 900 Washington Blvd. Bert continued with Audio Services and its core business of repairs while Deb joined Joe’s new company as his bookkeeper. The Stereo Shoppe name came from a partnership forged with Dale Bingaman and The Stereo Shoppe in downtown Selinsgrove, PA.
In the 90’s, The Stereo Shoppe built on Audio Services’ reputation in sales and installation. Our great installers won some national awards for creativity and performance while selling most of the top brands. Joe, along with his experience in home audio, expanded our brand list even further to ensure that our customers were getting the very best.
The home audio business has also changed from stereo to surround sound, and even whole house music over wireless speakers. These developments changed The Stereo Shoppe’s to our current focus on home and commercial audio/video.
In the past year, the owner Joe has decided to wind down the business. All installation services where sold to another local business looking to expand. The Store is still open and looking to sell off it's used stock and other vintage units.
If you happen to see a listing that does not including shipping, message us and we will work on an arrangement to do so. Note, we are not open on the weekend. Our hours are Mon-Fri 10AM to 4PM.
Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. Keep in mind we are closed on weekends, we will ship the next Monday if a unit is bought after 3P EST on Fridays.

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
