General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

+++ Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tastenmeister UKG, [Am Hagelkreuz 7, 47839 Krefeld], Phone number: +49 2151 9428516, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note that all our used products have been carefully checked and tested to ensure they work properly. All defects that we could detect are depicted and described as far as possible in the description text and in the photos. Despite our best efforts, it may happen that we overlook a defect. In this case, the statutory warranty rights apply. If you discover a defect within one year of the purchase date that was not mentioned in the product description but was demonstrably present at the date of delivery, you have the right to subsequent performance. This means we will either repair the defective device or replace it with an equivalent model. If this is not possible, the full costs will be refunded to you. We will bear the costs for transport, labor and materials in the context of subsequent performance. Please note that the warranty does not apply to defects that occurred after the purchase, e.g. due to improper handling or normal wear and tear. Also, defects that were mentioned in the product description are excluded from the warranty. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn du diesen Vertrag widerrufst, haben wir dir alle Zahlungen, die wir von dir erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass du eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt hast), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über deinen Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Alle Mängel, die wir feststellen konnten, sind im Beschreibungstext und in den Fotos so weit wie möglich abgebildet und beschrieben.Trotz unserer besten Bemühungen kann es vorkommen, dass wir einen Mangel übersehen. In diesem Fall gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Wenn Du innerhalb von einem Jahr nach dem Kaufdatum einen Mangel feststellst, der nicht in der Produktbeschreibung erwähnt wurde aber bei Datum der Auslieferung nachweislich schon bestand, hast Du das Recht auf Nacherfüllung.
