Synthrotek is a small company based out of Idaho devoted to bringing unique and interesting circuits to the world. We are constantly developing and perfecting our circuits to take audio synthesis to a new level while keeping it affordable for the DIY musician. Whether you want to feel the satisfaction of soldering your own circuits or creating your own signature sound, we’re here to make it a reality.

Shipping time -- Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Fully built units are often made-to-order and will ship within 3-5 days
Combined shipping -- Reverb doesn't automatically combine shipping, so if you want to order multiple items without paying a ton, shoot us a Reverb email with your postal code (or country if you are outside the USA) and we'll send you a shipping quote. Please note that we can only send shipping refunds after you make the order. But we send them fast!
Cases, boats and systems -- Please note that these are made-to-order; please allow 5 business days for us to build them.
International orders -- Our store is not responsible for any duties or taxes on international orders. We cannot send merchandise marked as a "gift."

We accept returns on all products in their original packaging. Kits and PCBs can also be returned, but ONLY if they are not soldered/built. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returns.
Kits:
If you are missing a component from your kit, please email us immediately. Our kits are handpicked and errors, although rare, can occur (we're only human). We'll send you out what you need immediately and we'll make sure to hook you up.
