Shipping Policy
Shipping:
• I reserve the right to cancel any transaction at my sole discretion.
• Make sure your shipping address is correct and you'll be able to accept and sign for the shipment. I will ONLY ship to the address listed with Reverb, NO EXCEPTIONS! If the address listed with Reverb is wrong, it’s on you. I will not jump through hoops to fix your mistake. Yes, it’s happened before.
• All sold items over $100 are shipped with some kind of signature required. No Exceptions!
• Shipping charges will be a flat rate charge dependent upon the gear being sold, unless free shipping is listed in the ad.
• No refunds on ANY shipping charges.
• I ship to the lower 48 states only.
• I will not ship to forwarding services. Don’t ask.
• I tender my gear shipments to the carriers very quickly (usually next business day), not responsible for delays due to carrier issues. These are out of my control.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Policy (Please read and understand entirely):
• Buyer has three calendar days (not business days) to inspect item and begin the return process. This clock starts ticking from the time of delivery/first attempted delivery to your listed shipping address or requested pickup location. You have the tracking, you know it's coming. Either make arrangements to have someone at the delivery address to sign if needed, or request to have held for pickup prior to the first delivery attempt and then actually go pick it up. I'm not responsible for additional time/handling/possible damage by the carrier and/or pickup location if you can't be bothered to play an active role in the delivery process. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure to have someone at the shipping address to sign for the package or pick it up from a pickup location before it gets sent back to me.
• Please inspect your gear upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is an issue.
• Customers will be subject to a 10% restocking fee on non-defective returns.
• Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs and restocking fee applies if item is returned due to carrier’s inability to deliver to your location or if you can't pick up the shipment from the pickup location in a timely manner.
• No returns will be accepted after three calendar days, period. No Exceptions!
