Shipping Policy

Your item will ship UPS Ground within 1-3 business days of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. Small items and international items ship via USPS. Keep in mind if you make a purchase on a Friday or over the weekend, your item will not ship until the following Monday. All items are packed safely and securely prior to shipment. Flat rate shipping applies to lower 48 US only. Hawaii and Alaska are subject to alternate rates.

If you are not happy with your purchase, new items may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. Used items are sold as is. Used items and floor models will generally show signs of wear but are fully functional and ready to play. We setup every guitar to our specs and standards while in stock, but with differences in temperature, humidity and the general banging around that happens during transport, please be advised that guitars can arrive to you in need of a minor setup. All of our Reverb items are also available for sale on our sales floor at our store.
In very rare instances, an item may sell at our store within the same day, hours, or even minutes of also being sold on Reverb. We watch this very close to ensure that this does not happen, but if it does, we will have to cancel your Reverb order and refund your money if you have already paid.
