Shipping Policy
I ship to CONUS. All sales require signature confirmation to ensure the buyer receives the shipment. This protects your purchase! Most gear ships USPS Priority Mail. Larger items ship Fedex economy to keep shipping costs down.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am not a commercial store, but I do strive to accurately describe and safely pack every item. I do not have a "try it and return policy." Therefore, for the best experience, please know that you want the gear in question before buying. Ask questions! However, in the case a return may become necessary, you must comply with follow the steps below:
1. Contact me within two days of receipt and to get approval for the return. If you are outside the two-day used return window, I am not obligated to take back an item.
2. If your return is approved, you must ship by the SAME MEANS that I shipped to you and pay the cost of return shipping . In other words, if I ship UPS 2nd-day air with insurance and signature, so to must you send when returning the item.
3. There is a 15 percent restocking fee AND if any items are missing or damaged, the cost of repair, replacement and depreciation will be itemized and deducted before any funds are returned.
