General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Our return policy is simple, if the item does not work, send it back for a refund, or for a replacement.
Conditions:
The item must remain in NEW condition and in the original packaging.
We must be contacted within 7 days after receiving your item to discuss the return/refund.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to ship the item back to us.
Any refund given for items that meet the criteria above will be refunded Minus the cost that RW Harmonicas incurred to package, process & ship the item to you. Free shipping also follows these guidelines.
NOTE: Microphones and mouth blown instruments such as harmonicas, whistles, and melodions are not returnable due to state health laws.
