Shipping Policy
Every shipment is expertly packed with great care and includes tracking, signature required on delivery, and full insurance coverage for both the purchase price and shipping cost to all listed regions.

Note: If you're buying from outside of Canada, you as the Buyer may be required to pay import duties, tariffs, taxes and/or VAT upon delivery, depending on your location and the purchase price.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted by prior arrangement only. For all returns, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for the non-refundable 4.19% + $0.49 reverb payment processing fee. Items shipped internationally can be returned, but the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, HST, brokerage fees, or any other fees incurred by Rising Sun Vintage Guitars to get it across the border and back into Canada.
