We specialize in but are not limited to the buying and selling of Taylor, Martin, Gibson, Fender and Epiphone Instruments and Marantz, Klipsch, Bose, JBL and Pioneer equipment. We highly recommend that you carefully inspect our photos to ensure the quality of each item you plan to purchase meets your expectations. Because our products are usually vintage in nature, we offer a "No Return" policy on all of our sale items with the exception of mis-represented or mis-addressed shipments or damaged items covered by Reverb's excellent SAFE Shipping policy. We do not ship to PO Boxes with no exceptions.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Generally speaking, we at Rocky Mountain Vintage Music allow for no returns or refunds on vintage items. In unusual circumstances we will consider returns if we shipped the wrong item. We are reasonable and honor our commitment to quality transactions. Our products are used or vintage musical instruments and electronics that are packed safely and professionally and, in the condition described on reverb's listing site. Due to the rarity and uniqueness of our products it's important that the buyer has reviewed the photos of the item or items and messaged us with any questions to help satisfy any concerns. As with any used or vintage product things can change during shipping, this is the risk we all take in this business. We insure through Reverb every item we ship so rest assured that your investment is being protected. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. We have a great reputation here at Reverb and on Facebook and are timely in our response to questions and comments, usually within an hour or the next day if after business hours - MST.
