ReMix Music is a retail music store which deals in new guitars, amplifiers, accessories and sound reinforcement equipment. Remix Music is an Authorized Fender warranty center for Guitars and Amps.
We are authorized dealers for Fender, Squire, Jackson, Charvel, Gretsch, ESP/LTD, Yamaha, Presonus, Alesis, Shure, Boss, Roland, MXR, Alto Pro Audio, and many others.
Shipping Policy
Most new items include shipping to the Reverb destination. Used items will have shipping charges as stated for each listing based on value, weight and size of package. Returned item will be charged back to your refund unless item is defective. Items returned without paperwork, packaging will be returned or subject to restock fee.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
AS-IS Policy If an item is listed AS-IS, usually used items. This item is usually not returnable, however we can agree to returning an item for various reason, did not work when received, not the same item as described. If approved, we will issue a return tag, once the item is received and it is in the same condition you received it we will issue a refund less the freight both directions. This will be handled as a product preview return.
