General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The Bass Spot will strive to find you the perfect piece of equipment. We offer a 48 hour approval period that commences as soon as your purchase is delivered. In the event you are not satisfied with your product, you must notify us within that 48 hour period for a Return Authorization Number. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. If you request a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee. For Canadian and U.S. territories customers, please note that if you request an exchange, we require the original item to be received and processed in our warehouse before shipping a replacement. All returned products must be shipped back at the purchasers expense fully insured for the invoiced amount. For items requiring a refund, once the returned item has been received by The Bass Spot and the item has been verified to be in the same condition as when it was received by the purchaser, we will refund your purchase less the 15% restocking fee and any credit card, Paypal, Venmo or other electronic payment fees. There are no returns on used or B stock items. If you are purchasing a used or B stock instrument, please contact us to discuss the exact condition of the instrument. We are happy to share additional photos detailing the condition of the instrument if requested. We want to make sure you are completely informed of the condition of all used instruments before you decide to purchase. The Bass Spot does not ship items on days that require instruments to sit in any carrier facility over a weekend. These facilities are often not climate controlled and we are ultimately concerned with your instruments safety and condition integrity. Expedited shipping services can be requested for an additional fee.
