Celebrating 20 years of great tone!! Radical Tone was founded by Michael Lewis who has been a studio engineer/producer and session player since 1985, including 12 years as a Nashville pro. In 2004 Radical Tone was born to help guitarists get the gear they needed to get the tone's they've dreamed of. Now celebrating 20 years, Radical Tone continues to offer boutique music gear but has also expanded to include various types of pro audio gear that Michael recommends as a studio professional. Radical Tone offers excellent customer service and we're happy to make suggestions for every kind of tone seeker from amateurs to major artists. We offer boutique amps, boutique guitars, pro audio and studio gear, guitar pedals, speakers, cabs and accessories. We also get in a variety of used gear that we sell from time to time.
Shipping Policy
All equipment shipped from our shop in North Idaho will ship via FedEx Ground shipping. Small items may ship USPS or UPS. New items are subject to availability and may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Please check with us for availability and shipping details before ordering new items. We require full insurance on all items being shipped. International bidders please contact me first for a shipping quote. Guitars will be shipped within 3 business days after auction close. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges. All insurance charges are assessed at the end of the auction based upon the final selling price. Our shop is closed on Saturday and Sunday, any item sold over weekends are usually packaged on Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
48 hour approval period on all shipped guitars. If you are not satisfied within 48 hours, you can return for a full refund of purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Please be advised, there is a 10% restocking fee on all new items.
