Have been selling music gear online for over 20 years and for about 7 years on Reverb. I specialize in keyboard related items, mostly but not always Yamaha, such as vintage synths and rack-mount synth modules, but also the occasional signal processor, mixer, keyboard stand, drum throne or whatever. My shipping policy is to charge only to cover handling and transportation costs. I do not offer international shipping except to Canada and only for certain items. I will always do my best to communicate fully and clearly with customers and believe it's important to represent what I list as accurately as possible. It's always better for a customer to be pleasantly surprised than to be disappointed, so I prefer to be somewhat conservative when describing the condition of what I sell. Every effort is made to test items immediately before listing and again before shipping to avoid unpleasant surprises. I will also ship same day if payment is received before 2 PM Central Time or next day if not.

Regarding feedback: I generally leave feedback only after the item has been received by the buyer and everything is to the buyer's satisfaction. Therefore, my policy is to check in with the buyer once I see that the item has been received. Part of what I give feedback on is the communication between seller and buyer. Obviously this is key when there is a problem, so, hopefully everything will go as planned. But if there IS a problem, I will do my best to see that we come to a resolution that is mutually agreeable. Good communication between buyer and seller will nearly always result in this outcome.

It is my policy on shipping to use UPS, USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground in nearly all cases. Very small items may be shipped USPS if more practical. I am in the Nashville, TN area and always willing to provide local delivery to anyone within a 50 mile radius.
