Your instrument will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. Some exceptions to this may be for tube amps that require removal of tubes prior to shipment, as well as some guitars that require removal of tuners, tremolo arms, etc. for safe transit. We will notify you prior to shipping your instrument if additional steps need to be taken in the packing process.
Most orders ship the same day. We strive to ship all orders out same-day, however we guarantee it will ship within 3 business day (after full payment has cleared, pending above below zero temperatures).

We strive to do our best to accurately describe and photograph the instruments on this website. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the listing store directly where a sales associate or store manager will be glad to help you with your decision.
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be nothing short of delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, request a return within 3 days of receiving for a refund of the merchandise price (minus shipping-to expenses and a 3% service/restock fee).
Shipping Damage
Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
It is the customer’s responsibility (customer pays) to ship the item back to Music Villa. Once we’ve received the item back and inspected it to verify it’s condition, the store will issue a refund on the sale minus original outbound shipping costs and a 3% service/restock fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
All returns must be pre-paid. Items must be shipped insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to an additional fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We appreciate all dissatisfaction to be reported within 72 hours after receiving. We always appreciate a phone call about your enjoyment (or displeasure) with your new musical instrument.
No returns past 14 days.
