We strive to earn your business, trust and satisfaction. All items are carefully gone through, examined, documented, described and photographed to the best of our ability. With used instruments there can still be potential issues that can be missed, so please ask us for any details, photos, or to verify original parts prior to purchasing.
We offer a 48-hour return policy from arrival for our guitars, per approval. Before returning any item, the customer must call, email, or text, to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
