General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Here at Karch Music we go to great lengths to ensure with confidence that you are getting the exact item you purchased in the condition and originality described. We strive to earn your business, trust and satisfaction. All items are carefully gone through, examined, documented, described and photographed to the best of our ability. With used instruments there can still be potential issues that can be missed, so please ask us for any details, photos, or to verify original parts prior to purchasing.
We offer a 48-hour return policy from arrival for our guitars, per approval. Before returning any item, the customer must call, email, or text, to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, both ways, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction such as non-refundable transaction fees.
