Shipping Policy
We will pack this very expensive item responsibly and with care to make sure that your treasure arrives intact. It will be shipped insured with signature requirement upon receipt.
We ship most orders within 1 business day we receive the payment.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We use FedEx for most shipments (FedEx Home Delivery is FREE) and we also use in some instances USPS, UPS. We do offer expedited shipping for an extra charge. Please contact us to find out current rates. Please include your zip code for faster service. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. Territories are asked to email for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us before you bid with your country and postal code. All shipping charges do not include import taxes, fees, charges, or duties and those are solely the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs department for more information regarding these charges prior to bidding/purchasing. We cannot send any item declared as a gift or at a low value. If you receive a product that is defective you must pay for all shipping back to the US and to your country again. Shipping time estimates do not include potential delays as a result of border customs.
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the package upon arrival at their doorstep. Sometimes the exterior of the box may not show visible sign(s) of damage. While the Delivery Company is there, please open and inspect the contents of your box(es). If there is any damage to your product, you have to refuse the delivery in order for us to issue refund. If you accept the package(s) damaged, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND as it is very difficult to cover items under the sellers insurance policy.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We don't accept returns on used and vintage items - these are items are being sold as-is. We accept new defectives item for return within 3 days of the delivery date for exchange for the same item or store credit only. No cash refunds will be given. All returns must include all original packaging, manuals, software, and accessories and are subject to a restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on opened software, headphones, or microphones. If you have any questions or concerns about any order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
