We ship using multiple carriers such as Fedex, UPS and the USPS. Most orders ship same business day from our Ronkonkoma, NY warehouse if ordered by 3pm EST. Please note, there are times we may ship from the manufacturer directly and may take some extra handling time to fulfill the order. If you have a specific need by date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Domestic PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS only
I DJ NOW reserves the right to ship orders that qualify for Free Shipping through the carrier of our choice
The buyer is responsible for the transportation expense if any of the following occur:
- You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason
- The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address
- You provided an invalid/incorrect address
*Any shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery date*

If you have received an item that you're dissatisfied with and wish to exchange or return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the transportation cost of returning the item back to I DJ NOW, as well as the cost incurred to initially have your package shipped as part of a free shipping promotion. The initial outgoing shipping is free only if you keep the item purchased. Any such costs will be deducted from your refund.
If for any reason the shipping carrier is unable to deliver and a package is returned back, either as undeliverable or refused, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges, as well as any cost charged by the shipping carrier for the return or refusal.
**Items returned without original manufacturer packaging are subject to 25%+ restocking fee**
