General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The point I am making here is I am very confident that my guitars are of wonderful quality, I allow returns but I am going to make you pay, be careful with my property, and work to just play (rent) one of my guitars.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, both directions, and guitar must be insured for its sale value with the shipping company. Guitar, case, and packing materials must comeback in the same condition they left in. Guitar set up is not to be altered in any way. Further, you can not change the strings, if you do, you own it. The guitar is perfectly set up for the strings I state in the description, and at the action I state, if stated. Any alterations, you own it.
I ship with the strings slacked, all you need do is tune them up to pitch.
You must slack the strings before return shipping, if I pull my guitar out of a box that just traveled back to me and the guitar is strung to pitch, or has any tension on the strings what so ever, YOU OWN IT! I video my self opening the box.
I video every guitar thoroughly before it goes into the case, then the case, then the box.
In any returning, guitar must be at shipping company location on 4th day after signing for delivery, return shipping must be air or be guarantied by the shipping company to take no more then 3 days to be delivered.
Also any and all messages regarding things other then the sale of the guitar, ya or na. I simply will not respond to.
After reading this I am sure you are saying "man this guy really douse not want returns" your wrong, if the instrument douse not suit your artistic voice, send it back, I really truly understand. Just know that that guitar is my property, means to a living and body of work. Also it will one day be someone else's property and deserves respect, just as I am respecting your request to play it even though we have never met.
