General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We want to make sure that you love your new instrument, so we offer a 48-hour approval period starting when you receive your instrument to give you time to play and evaluate it. If your new instrument just isn’t the one for you, you can contact us to initiate the return process as long as you’re in that 48-hour window. We will then issue you a return authorization, and we’ll send you a return label. Please note that in the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways (on the original order and the return.) The instrument also must return to us in its original condition with all of its case candy in its original shipping box and packing materials. Once we inspect and evaluate the return, we will then initiate the return/refund process. Please also be aware that credit card refunds may take three or more days to process, so the funds may not show up in your account immediately.
