Returns only accepted in the event of genuine, provable fault with product on delivery, or damage as a result of transit. Valves, strings and fuses are consumables and are not covered under our warranty.
We specifically spend time on research in order to provide accurate dating, parts details, model numbers and serial number info etc. However, we cannot be held responsible for genuine errors regarding dating and model numbers/names, country of origin, parts or other post-sale information provided by the buyer or a third party. We do not provide refunds under such circumstances.
We strive to inspect the product and ship it to you asap. Shipment is traceable, we cannot provide an exact time-frame for delivery once in transit or be held responsible for delays or other logistical issues with the carrier and their systems. Damage from transit must be reported to the courier before signing. Please contact us for further details. Returns not otherwise accepted.
If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. Note: If you tamper with the product (this includes screws, trussrods, pickguards etc.) the warranty will be void and you will not be entitled to a refund.
All returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, as well as original shipping costs to you. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment.
