Shipping Policy
GN Music is committed to providing secure, reliable shipping for every order.
All instruments and equipment are carefully inspected and professionally packaged before shipment. We primarily ship via FedEx and UPS, with tracking information provided for every order.
Signature confirmation and shipping insurance may be required for high-value instruments and equipment.
Orders are shipped only to the address provided through Reverb checkout. Shipping costs are based on the item's size, weight, and destination.
For oversized items, drum sets, amplifiers, or international shipments, please contact us before purchasing to confirm shipping availability and costs.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. GN Music does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items purchased in error.
