In 2021, we expanded by taking over Ted Good Music, a fixture in the Brandon music community since the 1960s. Many musicians got their start there, and we’re proud to carry that legacy forward under the Faders banner—with the same dedication to music lessons, repairs, rentals, and real service. Shipping Policy
We proudly ship across Canada, the United States, and many international destinations. Every shipment includes tracking and is fully insured for your peace of mind.
Orders are shipped using the carrier that provides the best combination of speed, reliability, and value. Depending on the destination and shipment, we may use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, or another trusted carrier.
If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us for a quote.
U.S. & International Orders
All import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, customs charges, and any other fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your country's customs authorities and the shipping carrier.
Some remote, rural, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may require additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.
Canadian Shipping
We strive to ship all in-stock orders within one business day (often the same day). Many Canadian destinations receive their orders within approximately two business days; however, transit times vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Typical transit times after shipment:
* Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: 1–2 business days
* Ontario & British Columbia: 2–4 business days
* Quebec & Atlantic Canada: 3–6 business days

Oversized Shipments
Some oversized or unusually shaped items may require additional shipping charges due to carrier size restrictions or delivery location. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before processing your order so you can decide how you'd like to proceed.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Brokerage Fees on International Returns will be deducted from any refunds. A 15% Restocking Fee will apply if items are not returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
USA Guitar Purchases
Guitar sales to the USA are non-returnable/non-refundable due to the extensive costs and customs paperwork involved with shipping internationally. 
Before we ship, every guitar is thoroughly inspected, tested and played to ensure it is 100% good to go. Occasionally, during transit, due to weather and other factors, guitars will go out of tune and/or need some minor adjustments upon delivery. We pack extremely well and photograph each guitar from multiple angles during the inspection/packing process. If we notice any blemishes or other unexpected issues with the guitar, we will fully disclose them and send you picture(s) before shipping. If anything fails to meet your satisfaction, you have the option to cancel the order before we ship.
