General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I will only accept returns if the item substantially differs from the listing description or has a material defect that I was unaware of and therefore did not disclose in the listing description. I make every effort to thoroughly and accurately describe and photograph an item and am very reasonable and easy to work with. However, I can't take returns without a bona fide reason as stated above. For example, I once sold a sunburst bass. The photograph showed a bit more red in the sunburst than the bass showed under normal light conditions in real life. The difference was slight. However, the buyer insisted on a return for the sole reason that the edge of the burst "wasn't red enough." Without a well defined return policy, I accepted the return because it was the right thing to do. However, I will no longer accept such returns. Please understand that I'm not running a business. I'm a player with a small collection of instruments that I'll occasionally sell to make other purchases. For the most part, I break even. It's a hobby. Accordingly, I don't have the time or resources to take unconditional returns. Thanks and best regards.
