Shipping Policy
For any items over $100, I generally require Reverb Shipping Protection. This protection requires you the buyer, or a trusted person at your location, to sign on receipt of shipment. It protects us both in the event of lost or stolen gear so please take this policy as seriously as you take your choice of music equipment and consider WHERE you would likely receive this gear in the safest possible condition.
Small items or things that can fit in a USPS flat-rate box with insurance will be shipped accordingly. This is the easiest and most cost-effective method. I try not to upcharge for shipping items because I use upcycled packaging supplies to get your purchase to you safely.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
