Since 1984 our family-owned music store outside Atlanta, GA has specialized in a tasty blend of new and used musical instruments and pro audio equipment. We believe in relationships built on trust and expertise, and we believe in straightforward business with a touch of Southern charm. Handling top-name brands, niche and boutique products, and really knowing the used market has kept our customers loyal, We save our customers money because we purposefully do more with less. Bam.

We ship most of our stuff via UPS Ground because we bundle tracking and insurance, though it's rare that packages experience problems like damage or loss. Sometimes we use USPS to get a better deal on small stuff, and we try really hard to ship within 24 hours of your payment. Remember that we are closed on Sundays, and that UPS doesn't run on the weekends either - we'll send tracking info as soon as it posts AND we're open.
A real, live human will pack your purchase using its hands, so you might see a fingerprint here and there. Oh, and your item will come in a used box, with used packing material, because we re-use everything possible. It's part of our culture of Doing More With Less.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange privilege from the date of receipt for all purchases. We ask that you contact us prior to any return so that you can receive help with questions and detailed return instructions. New items that are opened will incur a mandatory 10% restocking fee because they aren't new anymore, and we won't sell them for full price ever again. Certain items may be marked as clearance or non-refundable due to the nature of the item or the amount of the discount. We're here to help, and at the end of the transaction we want you to say "man, Dirt Cheep rocks." Remember: we're just as concerned about the quality of your experience as we are about the quality of the gear you buy.
