Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. If you live outside of the continuous continental states reach out before you make any offers.
I will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii unless I've been notified of those destinations first.
Any guitar order that needs postal shipping, inside or outside the continental states, will be cancelled. the guitar can be sent, but only after the shipping charges have been amended to reflect the 2 or 3 times increase that the PO charges. Reverb's cost calculator does not adequately predict the actual costs of moving boxes.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns must be repacked as they were received. All orders are sent insured to a Reverb verified address. If your instrument can only be delivered by the Post Office, we will consider those on a case-by-case basis, but generally that would void the sale. Any damages will be charged, failure to return as received could result in a restocking fee. If a guitar is returned without being delivered to the buyer, the entire cost of packing and shipping will be removed from any refund.
