Each CrestGuitar is handmade utilizing repurposed cigar boxes, so each is truly one of a kind.

Shipping Policy
**Covid-19 policy: Upon purchase, Your item will be sealed inside the shipping box. The shipping box itself is new, never used, and will be sealed with packing tape. Upon delivery, I suggest you spray the package with disinfectant before opening, as there is no way to guarantee that worker in the delivery chain who would be handling or delivering your package has or has not been exposed to the virus.**

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Custom build requests are non-returnable, as they are customer specific, require capital invested on my part, and would usually not be resellable, given the personal nature of the items.
