Creation Audio Labs manufactures studio quality pro-audio electronics and electric guitar and bass effect pedals. We also have over 30 years of experience with service work. We restore vintage audio equipment and provide custom recording mixer modifications, plus upgrades and repair services for just about anything "pro audio".
Shipping Policy
Creation Audio Labs will ship with tracking to the listed regions within the US. Our preferred courier is either UPS or USPS, but we are willing to negotiate shipping to other locations within the regions listed via alternative courier methods.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We understand that it can be a difficult decision to spend money on-line without having heard or tested the product for yourself. For this reason, we allow you to use your product for up to two weeks once you receive your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price. Just contact us for a return authorization before the second week is over. Then make sure to ship it back within two more weeks, so you can try it out for up to four weeks.
To help you make an informed decision before the purchase, we've tried to make comprehensive demo videos for you to review. We encourage you to read independent reviews and talk to people who use our products. We are happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Limits and Exclusions:
Return shipping is not included. The product must be returned to Creation Audio Labs within two weeks after contacting us for a return authorization. All items must be returned in New condition. A technician will inspect and test the product to confirm all is well before full credit is issued. If any items are missing or damaged, the cost to restore the product to new condition may be deducted from the credit amount.
All sales of custom built products, the LZ8, the Power House as well as B-Stock (dent and scratch) items and tee-shirts are final. No Returns. Standard warranty still applies.
