General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Widerrufsrecht & Gewährleistung
Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher (EU):
Verbraucher haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem der Verbraucher oder ein benannter Dritter die Ware erhalten hat.
Zur Wahrung der Frist reicht es aus, die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Frist abzusenden (z. B. per Nachricht über Reverb oder E-Mail).
Folgen des Widerrufs:
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs werden alle Zahlungen, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der Rücksendekosten), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab Eingang der Rücksendung erstattet. Die Rückzahlung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion verwendet wurde.
Voraussetzung für die Rückzahlung ist, dass die Ware vollständig, unbeschädigt und im Originalzustand zurückgesendet wird.
Gewährleistung:
Für Verbraucher gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte (§§ 437 ff. BGB).
Bei gebrauchten Artikeln wird die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist auf 12 Monate ab Lieferung der Ware verkürzt.
Diese Verkürzung gilt nicht bei Schäden aus vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Pflichtverletzung, bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten oder bei Schäden aus der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit.

Right of Withdrawal & Warranty
Right of withdrawal for EU consumers:
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the consumer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a clear notice (e.g., via Reverb message or email) before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If the contract is validly withdrawn, all payments including delivery costs (excluding return shipping costs) will be refunded promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
A refund will only be issued if the item is returned complete, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Warranty:
Statutory warranty rights apply to consumers.
For used items, the warranty period is limited to 12 months from the date of delivery.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, breach of essential contractual obligations, or damage to life, body, or health.
