Shipping Policy
We will ship international. Buyers will simply pay the difference between the posted US shipping rate and the actual cost to ship to you.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Canyon GuitarWorx will cover the return shipping fees for any item damaged during shipping. Buyer must alert Canyon GuitarWorx within 24 hours of receipt and provide no less than 5 photos of the shipping box damage and the detailed damage to the guitar.
A 15% Restocking Fee shall apply to any guitars returned at the buyer's option. Once a payment has cleared the Reverb Payment system, it has been sold and is subject to this policy. Buyer shall repack guitar in same/similar box and packing material. Buyer may ship guitar back using any method he or she wishes. Buyer is responsible for the condition of the guitar until it arrives and is inspected by Canyon GuitarWorx. Once verified undamaged, a refund, minus the restocking fee, shall be processed.
