Shop Policies

Shipping Policy

• Once payment is received and cleared, we will promptly ship.
• We ship only to the address that is associated with the credit card or Paypal account.
• We ship UPS Ground and special instructions by buyer or unusual circumstances may be subject to increased shipping costs.
• To ship outside the U.S.A, please call.
• If you require special shipping arrangements, please call us before you place your order so we can evaluate your request.
• Instruments may be subject to seasonal cold-hold shipping delays.
• Once the item is shipped from our store, the item becomes the buyer's responsibility.
• Tracking information for the shipment information will be emailed to buyer immediately upon creating shipment label and shipping the item.

NEW ITEMS

Returnable within 3 days of delivery.

USED & VINTAGE ITEMS

Not returnable

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

• Items sold AS IS and there is no warranty expressed or implied (unless there is a valid manufacturers warranty on new instruments that are purchased.) • While we do our best to describe the item, it is the buyer's responsibility to ask any and all questions about the item prior to purchasing the item - please contact rich@brothersmusicshop.com • Some instruments that we sell are consignment pieces and, therefore, we do not offer refunds on used instruments that we sell. Please make sure that you know what you are purchasing and that you ask all pertinent questions BEFORE purchasing an item. • Once the item is purchased, the item becomes the buyer's responsibility. • Tracking information for the shipment information will be emailed to buyer immediately upon creating shipment label and shipping the item. • Any and all Returns must be authorized by our store. • If a returned item is not authorized by our store, we do not accept shipment and the item is returned to the sender. • Authorized returns will be refunded MINUS shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. • Authorized returns must be returned in same condition as shipped. • Shipping expenses are non-refundable. • Buyer pays for prompt return shipping on authorized returns • Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.
