Standard Shipping: I offer "free" shipping on most items. List price already includes shipping.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I want you to be happy. I guarantee my work, and that the item is as described. If a *professional musician who specializes on the instrument purchased* does not agree that it is in excellent playing condition I will fix any problems or accept a return. Normally, they should have a degree in music. In most cases band directors will not be the best judges, but *if they perform regularly on the instrument in question* it would be acceptable.
Also note that the horns must be assembled and handled properly by the user, especially clarinets. Mishandling, like bending keys, can void the guarantee. I will provide information on proper care.
I am not able to ship "on approval". Sales will be considered final unless I am notified something is wrong within 14 days. Please be aware that, although I pack everything very carefully, it is possible for things to come out of adjustment in shipping. Please contact me if you are concerned, I want to hear from you.
I will be happy to provide additional information by message before or after the item has been purchased to ensure that you are fully informed. I have studied clarinet, saxophone, and flute, and have formal training in band instrument repair, so I am fully qualified to advise you. Unless noted otherwise, I only sell instruments and accessories that are fully restored, in great condition, finely adjusted, appropriate for the stated use, and ready to play.
COVID: The instruments I send are clean. Please do not "sanitize" them in any way. It will damage them. Any attempt to do so will void guarantee. If you are concerned, let the case air out for a day, and then allow it to sit for a week before use. If the pads get wet they will no longer seal correctly. Do not, under any circumstances allow alcohol, or anything containing alcohol, to touch plastic clarinet bodies, as it will make them brittle and likely to break. Mouthpieces: You can wash a mouthpiece in cool water with mild diluted soap. Make sure not to damage the facing. Never use hot water or strong detergent, it will turn mouthpieces yellow or green. Always store wooden instruments in the case. Never get a wooden instrument wet. Normal condensation from playing is not an issue as long as the horn is swabbed after playing.
