i'm only loosely calling myself a shop to fit into a category. What i am is a lifelong collector/player--now retired-- with time on my hands to play. So i buy a guitar i've always wanted to play and then after a while i sell it to buy another--in the course of this i may play 25 new instruments a year--usually losing money on resale which is why i look at it more as a way of renting dream guitars long enough to experience them before passing them on.
On ebay i have over 4000 perfect transactions without a negative. I maintain this by taking every guitar i buy and every guitar i sell to my luthier and at my expense verifying its particulars as well as fixing anything that needs it. This way when i pass a guitar on i know as much as can be known about it and share this with bidders.

i will of course accept returns if the guitar is misrepresented in any substantial way-- (ie--disagreements about color don't count but if the guitar is sold as all original and has replacement parts that would be a misrepresentation)--any guitars returned without going through Reverb process will not be accepted back--
What i'm trying to avoid here is buyer's remorse--i don't offer guitars for a trial period--once you buy it it is immediately yours and the money from the sale mine--often i reinvest the money back into another instrument--
Again--if the guitar is not well represented by the photos and the description in combination then of course i will apologize and take it back--but only under those circumstances and you can see from my history that not a single guitar has been returned or rejected--my feedback is perfect so i do everything i can prior to listing the instrument to ensure it is in the condition described.
