Shipping & Customs
• International Shipping: This item will be professionally packed and ships from Jakarta, Indonesia. I use DHL only for all international orders to ensure fast, trackable, and secure delivery. Please contact me before you click “Buy It Now” to get the estimate of the shipping cost. The final shipping cost will be subject to the shipment packaging, weight, and dimensions.
• Shipping Time: Shipping from Indonesia typically takes 5–10 business days via DHL and the time exclude the import and custom clearance process in your country.
• Global Shipping Restrictions: While we offer international shipping, we do not ship to all countries due to local courier limitations or high-risk insurance zones. Prospective buyers located outside of major metropolitan regions are required to contact us for a shipping feasibility check. We reserve the right to cancel any order to a region where secure, tracked delivery cannot be guaranteed.
• Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are the sole importers of record and are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees as levied by their country’s government. Please consult your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. Buyers will likely be contacted by DHL to pay import taxes before delivery. Please check your local rates (e.g., VAT in Europe or the UK) before buying.
• Full Declaration: I will only ship with the full purchase price declared on the commercial invoice. I cannot mark items as "Gifts" or undervalued, as this voids shipping insurance and is against international trade laws.
• Condition Verification: Every guitar is photographed during the packing process to document its condition and the security of the packaging before it leaves my hands.
