Shipping: All orderes are shipped UPS in the United States or USPS Internationally. International buyers can contact us before purchasing for a shipping rate quote. Your guitar will ship within 2 business days of cleared payment.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Please remember our finishing process on our custom painted bodies are done by hand not by machine. Because of various paint techniques used if you inspect hard enough you will often find human imperfections in the finish. Please inspect and verify your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a refund.
Items eligible for return will be in like-new condition. Any items that show wear or damage will not be eligible. Wear, damage, misuse, improper handling, or alteration is defined by OUR opinion. Exceptions to a FULL refund are any extra services that make your body/guitar/neck unique and difficult or impossible to resell. This custom work includes but is not limited to special routing or drilling, or custom finishes unique and personal to you. Any modifications you choose to do with your purchase, including but not limited to drilling, sanding, painting, or removing of protective films clearly voids the 7-day guarantee.
To enact this 10-day guarantee, please contact us to arrange it or the return may be refused. All returns must be packaged as securely as it was sent.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges and any customs fees or duties are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
