Shipping Policy
Regarding items that are not for "local pickup", which qualify for shipping, we will ship to the lower US and selected other countries (see below). Shipping with insurance will be "FREE" ONLY in the lower 48 USA when "FREE SHIPPING" is indicated in the item listing. If the item listing does not include "FREE SHIPPING", then please refer to the shipping cost associated with the item Listing. Also, please be advised that INTERNATIONAL, as well as ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, and HAWAII SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO WHERE THE WINNING BIDDER/PURCHASER IS LOCATED. Regarding Paypal payments, we do NOT ship to any address that Paypal does not offer seller protection. Please do not ask. We are very savvy with shipping internationally. All items that are to be shipped will be packed very safely. Your item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is made. As stated, shipping to the lower 48 United States will include shipping insurance. All payments will be in USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS).

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Policy For Brand New Items:
Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number of the product to the serial number on the box and the one in our records. In this case, no restocking fee will apply, provided all original packaging including but not limited to, factory box with Bar Codes/Serial Number, all packaging including certificates of inspection/authenticity (if applicable), Warrant Registration Cards/Documents, Software Media, Accessories, Brochures, Owner's/Operation Manuals, Parts Diagram, Safety and Conformance Documents, Cables, Connectors, Add-ons, Coupons/Promotional Offers Troubleshooting Guides, etc.. is included when the item is returned.
If Item is defective, YOU MUST notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Items that we are NOT notified of being defective after 48 hours will NOT be refunded or replaced!
We do not tolerate fraudulent practices and as such, we have recorded and retained item details in our records. Any suspected fraud will be reported to the proper authorities immediately!
We do not accept returns of opened and used items UNLESS they are Defective!
If you've simply changed your mind and want to return a Brand New product, DO NOT OPEN IT. ITEM(S) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS UNOPENED.
If you change your mind about keeping a good item after you receive it and wish to return it, the item must be BRAND NEW, never used, NOT tested, and must be UNOPENED to receive a refund. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the product ONLY. Shipping charges (If Applicable) are not refundable and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
The only opened product we will accept is one that is defective (WITHIN 48 hours).
If the item(s) are not defective, you have 48 hours to inform us of your intent to return. The item MUST be shipped back within 2 business days after we are informed.
You (the buyer) are responsible for return postage costs. If we accept a return and agree to a refund of any item(s) you purchased from us, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Returned item and all components must be in their original, sealed, unopened packaging. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the product ONLY. Once again, shipping charges (If Applicable) are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
After 48 hours of receipt of your item, if there is a quality issue or malfunction with the product, you must contact the original manufacturer.
When we sell brand new items, they are always in their original retail packaging with manufacturer's warranty documentation.
The buyer may, or may not be covered under original manufacturer's warranty, depending on the original manufacturer's warranty policies and the circumstances of the warranty request from the buyer. Since the item is brand new and in its original retail packaging, we do not accept any responsibility for manufacturer's possible quality control issues, or policies regarding warranty coverage. As such, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty; and we are not responsible for any warranty decisions made by the original manufacturer. This item is being sold as is.
Any item that needs to be returned must be securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped with tracking information for safety (NO EXCEPTIONS). We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt/return before any possible refunds, credits, or exchanges.
