Shipping with insurance will be "FREE" ONLY in the lower 48 USA when "FREE SHIPPING" is indicated in the item listing. Regarding Paypal payments, we do NOT ship to any address that Paypal does not offer seller protection. Please do not ask. We are very savvy with shipping internationally. All items that are to be shipped will be packed very safely. Your item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is made. As stated, shipping to the lower 48 United States will include shipping insurance. All payments will be in USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS).
