Shipping Policy
Bass Club Chicago ships within the US, and internationally. Most items include free shipping within the Continental US, unless specified. We will ship to select places outside the US & internationally. Please contact us for cost. We cannot ship Aguilar, or Mesa Boogie outside the US.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted for most new items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if a return is desired. Returned item must be in pristine, unplayed, and unopened condition, and must include all original accessories, inserts, and packaging.
Used items must be returned within 3 days from receipt. Buyer must contact us immediately if item is defective or incorrect. Credit will be issued less initial and return shipping and 10% restocking fee, which covers handling, and credit card or Paypal fees. Amplifier tubes, strings, pickups, preamps, cannot be returned for any reason. Call (773) 561-3521 or email [email protected] if you wish to initiate a return.
