Established in 1981, Audio Visions of Virginia, offers high performance home audio, home theater, projection TVs and distributed music systems. We also provide specialized installation services within the Central Virginia region. We are a full service dealer with an emphasis on experienced staff and reputable policies.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx Home Delivery unless otherwise requested.
Please note: While we try to keep most items in stock, it is impossible to have everything in stock all the time. Any item that is not in stock normally ships in 2-5 business days. If there is a back-order situation, we will notify you and give you the option of canceling the order. In some back-order situations we offer a discount and/or express shipping for customers willing to wait. Since there are virtually an infinite number of variations with cables (model, length, termination, connection options, etc.), they are usually forwarded to the manufacturer who custom-makes them per order and shipped in approximately 2 business days.
Tracking numbers are updated for each order as that information becomes available.
Heavy audio and video furniture normally ship directly from the manufacturer by freight truck.
