Return Policy
We will be accepting the item as a "return" for only critical problems and reasons. Without both parties' mutual agreement, we will not accept the return. The cost of the return shipment will be the buyer's responsibility with the same method as the original shipment. If you want to make a return, you must contact us first to discuss the problem, and then you must get an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number from us. After 7 days from the day the item is delivered, we will not accept return items.
We pack very carefully and ensure when it ships out. However, there is a tiny chance of an accident during the shipping process. (it happens very rarely.) The buyer is responsible for filing a claim if damage occurs during the shipping process. Once the refund by the shipping carrier becomes available, we will accept a return for the refund. You must claim within five business days of receiving the item to be eligible for this return.
