If you are worried you will not like an item please contact me before you buy anything. I do not want to be held up by returns and having items going back and forth in shipping trucks because of some tiny detail. Most buyers are easy going and I'm easy going with my policies. If there is a situation that needs to be resolved because of materials being faulty or breaking down I will most certainly accept as long as there has not been any negligible actions from another party other than Anu Custom Shop. Occasionally some woods, parts, and other materials will prematurely degrade or break. In any cases this is the fault of any party manufacturing parts of or the whole product, I will replace, repair, and or make arangments for the product to be remedied. In the case of guitars , humidity and harsh changes in the environment have the ability to harm your guitar. In the chance that the instruments has been damaged by being exposed to harsh conditions, Anu Custom Shop will not be able to cover the cost of the repair or the replacement of your product. In any case that you need a repair, are having and structural/cosmetic repair, or any changes in the electronics notify Anu Custom Shop to avoid any confusion with the repair or modification and to maintain any warranty you may have. If the guitar is retuned in any other condition other than the way it was received a restocking fee may apply. I've worked well for other companies and myself for almost 10 years and I make sure my work is filled with good vibes and anything that leaves shop is quality and is held to a high standard that im sure one can be happy with. There has been no issues as of yet that have not been resolved or properly situated so i'm confident that whatever the transaction is it will go golden smooth^~
