Usually able to get your item to the carrier within a day sometimes same day depending on the timing of the payment.
Guitars are detuned and a piece of thin cardboard placed between the frets and strings to protect frets. Extra padding around the headstock for Les Paul style guitars
All gear is carefully described and photographed. Please ask any questions before buying. All items are sold as is. I am just an independent collector I am not a big box store so unfortunately I cannot offer a trial period on gear. That being said sometimes things can happen in shipping. Reverb insurance is always used in case of damages in transit. Reverb does a good job of taking care of buyers and sellers. So please be patient.
