General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- New Items: Most new, untouched items may be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, less outbound shipping costs. The buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of incorrect shipment. My shop reserves the right to refuse any return if the item is not in new, untouched, or unopened condition.
- Vintage & Used items: Most vintage & used items may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. I check every used item for defects before shipment and if any, they will be listed under the product description. All products are deemed satisfactory, (shipping, condition, etc.) If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All vintage and used refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs. The buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of incorrect shipment.
- Some products are not returnable under any circumstances such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, guitar & bass strings, drum heads, drum sticks, software, books, earbuds, earplugs, microphones, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns excluding items defective upon delivery.
- It is important to note that all listings are sold as-is. Images of said product are a part of the description. Items are only returnable if and only if there is major wear, faults, or imposing risk to the buyers well being. This includes scratches that discolor, bends, dents, and breaks, and open electrical wires, etc. Any other concerns must be made out via message before requesting a return so we can help deem it reasonable and factual. This does not include damages made by the shipping provider. All damages made during shipping are not the seller’s liability unless an item is shipped without any or little packing material. Any complaints must be settled with the shipping provider. Hard cases, for example, are deemed satisfactory packaging as their intended purpose is for transport. However, I will still pack inside the case, when needed, so this should not be a concern.
- I strive to process all refunds within 1 to 3 business days upon the returned item’s delivery at my location. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account could vary based upon your bank's processing times. If you have any questions or need assistance, please message me.
