New Items

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original resalable condition with all original packaging, parts, and accessories included.
Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide instructions and help ensure the return is handled properly.
For returns due to buyer preference, including ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover any related shipping costs.
For sanitary reasons, opened or used strings, harmonicas, reeds, and other mouth-contact accessories are not returnable. Clearance, closeout, custom, and personalized items are also final sale.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
