General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If a product being sold to a buyer is received damaged in shipping transit or has an issue that is proven to be caused by manufacturing on our side, for items under 100$ CAD we will ship a replacement to the buyer free of charge and for items above 100$ we will talk with the buyer for a reasonable process, either for return, repair or replacement that will make sense.
Buyers are responsible to pay import fees and tariffs or any other fees on purchases.
If the buyer choose to not pay import fees and tariffs or any fees related to the purchase, we can offer a refund but that will be a refund minus all the fees that the carrier chaged us and the original shipping cost. The return shipping will be paid by the buyer in the case where the buyer receive the product before the payment of the import fees.
