Here we have an incredibly beautiful Charvel 3DR HS in Lava (or fire?) Crackle, made in Japan, my guess around 1989 (Reverb puts it between 1986 and 1991). The guitar seems to be all original, but I'm not 100% sure.As you can tell the finish on these crackles is absolutly off the chart, the best finish Charvel ever produced in my opinion. Every crackle guitar is unique and this one is extreme, even brutal if I may say. The pictures actually do it justice and the guitar looks as sick in real life as it looks on the photos. Very good condition for it's age (alsmot 40), with a few dings and chips, that are touched up with black paint and honestly not very noticeble given the nature of the finish. Some fret wear. Comes with an original chainsaw hardshell case that is beat up and in fair condition with only 2 latches working.
