The Big Ear Pedals Loaf is an original silicon fuzz, not an emulation of a Muff or a Fuzz Face. It is noted for its warmth, bass-friendly tone and darker timbre. The Loaf was produced under both the Big Ear Pedals and the earlier Big Ear n.y.c. brand names, but there is no difference between the two versions.
