Tools for Buying and Selling on Reverb: What's New This Month

We here at Reverb HQ are constantly working on building new and better features to help Reverb users buy, sell, and browse gear online. Today, we're back with a breakdown of the latest tools and services that have been rolled out for Reverb users.

For Sellers

All Sellers Using Reverb Payments Can Add Listings to Reverb Sales

Previously, only Reverb Preferred Sellers were able to add inventory to Reverb Sales. This month, we've updated how Reverb Sales function so that any seller set up for Reverb Payments can participate in a sale.

Sale Price Now Displayed On Listings

When you add your listings to a sale, buyers will now be able to see the discounted price right on the listing itself and in other contexts across the site. Previously, the discounted price was only reflected at checkout.

For Buyers

Improved Sale Browse Experience

For buyers who prefer to browse rather than search within sales, Reverb staff now hand curates sale landing pages for most gear categories. Searching a sale can still easily be done via the sidebar or at the header of the page.

Sale pages vary by region and language, so make sure you region and language settings are correct to ensure the best sale browsing experience. You can adjust these settings at the bottom of any page on Reverb.

"In Demand" Notification on Listings

When another user has a listing in their cart, you'll now see a notification that the listing may sell soon, helping buyers determine whether a purchase decision is urgent.

Custom Delivery Dates for Gift Cards

When buying a Reverb Gift Card, you can now set a custom delivery date, making it easier to send Reverb Gift Cards as gifts for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.
