For sale: Fodera NYC Empire 5 Deluxe 5-string bass.
Natural finish, Ash body, Maple fingerboard.
The bass is currently fitted with Aero pickups and an F Bass preamp, resulting in a very open, woody and articulate tone with excellent note definition and a powerful low B.
The original Seymour Duncan pickups are included in the sale.

Condition:
The bass is in very good overall condition and has always been well cared for.
A localized repair was professionally carried out by respected French luthier Noguera approximately 12 years ago following an accidental fall. The repair has remained perfectly stable ever since and has never caused any issue.
This is a serious player's instrument with a distinctive voice and excellent playability.
